Windows 11 help - reading pane mark as read settings and 24vs12hr time in calendar

Two things I am struggling to figure out with Windows 11:1. How can I change the setting so items viewed in the reading pane do not auto mark as read when the selection changes.2. Change the view in calendar to 12hr view not 24hr.Thanks!
