Windows 11 has my account and 2 local accounts, how do I use OneDrive with them effectively.

I had a Windows 10 computer that died, and OneDrive on all profiles that were logged in to my account.With my new Windows 11 computer, I created the Admin account logging into my Microsoft account. Then I created two local accounts (did not log them into any Microsoft account) for my kids. When i logged into each of their profiles/local accounts, Windows suggested I set up OneDrive. I logged each local account into OneDrive using my Microsoft account. Nothing of theirs from my old computer showed up.However, I quickly noted that their desktops were getting MY shortcuts and things.They are
