Windows 11 has connection to internet, but the system says no internet

Trying to update windows and download office 365, however it won't allow me to do either because it says I'm not connected to any networks. However if I try to run the trouble-shooter it says connection is all good. Because of this it won't allow me to upload screenshots either, and because the reset requires an internet connection I can't perform that either
