Windows 11 Graphics Setting Crash

Intel Core I9, NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3090Every time I go to the Graphics Settings to change if a game will use the CPU or GPU, it just crashes. I dont know why, and when I tried checkingwhy it crashes, it just gives me no information at all. Since my device is a gaming laptop- that has armoury crate installed- I tried deleting armoury crate (I heard somewhere that something in it just causes it to crash?). That didn't work either. I've also tried to check and restore corrupted files, but it ends up freezing. I really don't know why this happens, and it is beyon
