[Windows 11] German QWERZ layout, two keys swapped ( ^-key and <-key )

I have the following settings under "Time & language":Windows display language: English (United States)Preferred languages: English (United States) under the options for this language pack I have the following Keyboards installed:German QWERTZno other keyboard are installedno other languages are installed under "Preferred languages"Country or region: Germany Regional format: English (Germany)I think these should be all the relevant settings.
