Windows 11 Fresh Install - Black Screen

I am attempting to install a fresh install of Windows 11 onto my PC. There is only one SSD that was bought new, with nothing on it yet. Installation progresses as expected until the process reaches the point where it asks to input your Email and Password. It allows me to input the email, however once it changes to request my password the entire screen turns black and no further action can be taken. System specs for the new PC are as follows. CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600xGPU: GeForce RTX 2070 SUPERRAM: OLOy MD4U163216CGDA 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory MotherBoard: B450M PRO-VDH MAXStorag
