Windows 11 started freezing and crashing a couple of weeks ago. When it freezes, everything stays on the screen but the mouse and keyboard will not respond. Pressing numlock on the keyboard doesn't cause the numlock light to go on/off, so it is not an input issue. The only way to end the freeze is to hold the power button for 5 seconds to force reboot.
