Windows 11 freezes 3 seconds after startup tried clean booting and also uninstalling alert drivers .need help

Windows 11 straight up freezes after enter my password and boot up I can't go into anything and try any methods to fix this as it freezes after 3 seconds of booting up. I tried the solutions that you previously mentioned that is to do a clean boot which I did after following the microsofts main channel it did not work after I restarted my pc . I uninstalled all of the drivers that had a alert symbol next to it but it still did not work . Can you guys help me figure this out btw I did the clean boot by going into safe mode and I can't get my system to work after a restart
