Windows 11 Format to windows 10

Hi! Im using a dell inspiron 3501. Can anyone tell me the method to fully format windows 11 pc and reinstall to windows 10 please. The reason for the downgrading is that my PC gets crashing oftenly and when my PC redirects to the bios it says that corrupted OS image may be the cause for this and no boot device is available...
