Windows 11 Forgot PIN, but I do have password

I want to reset the pin as I was testing a card reader to use a login device. The reader is now outputting a different number. I have the PC login, but not the pin as the card was inputting the pin originally. I don't see an option for I forgot my pin, and the option to remove it is grayed out. I removed my biometric login to see iff that was the issue, now I can't add it back without the pin.
