Windows 11 font/scale large even though settings haven't changed

Hi,Recently windows has displayed enlarged scale/fonts for apps and explorer for no particular reason. I'm unsure if this was related to an update but I am fully up to date and haven't made any changes to my install or configuration. Neither of my display scaling or text scaling has changed (125% and 100%, see attached). What else could cause this?en
