Windows 11 Folder custom Icon Issue

After updating to windows 11, the option to customize "Choose a file to show on this folder icon" does not change the folder's display image even after applying, I have tried the solutions displayed here " https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...s-11-pro/0e60c9ee-e5f0-4e6d-80c9-42cf2f89752e " but it did not solve the issue, I also do not have the option to revert to windows 10 where this problem never occurred
