Windows 11 flashing screen and no menu bar after login

So I had this too. I had run upgrade installer to move from Win 21H to 22H.All seemed to go until I logged on and the screen then stuck in a loop flashing every second or so occasiionally I could see the back ground but mostly it was white with a littel spinning blue circle.Mostly nothing worked - no access to removing windows update etc.eventuall I got an elevated CMD screen open and deleted the Windows updates that had been installedOne of the following 3, probably the last one, was the culpritKB 5029782; KB 5012170; KB 5030217see, for example, How to uninstall Windows 10 updates manually
