Windows 11 first time startup all of sudden became very slow and laggy

Hi, my Yoga Pro 7's startup usually was very smooth and quick. but last night after I installed virtualbox and microsoft c++ 20115-2022 redistributable. when I started my laptop today. the first time startup all of sudden became very slow and laggy. the lockscreen was even frozen for a few seconds or a few seconds of blackscreen while I can hear the windows default sound at startup before the login interface appeared. after login, the laptop was still very laggy for a while. but when I restarted the laptop, the startup was very quick and smooth again. I dont know what caused that? I am
