Windows 11 File Sharing or Remote Desktop Connection Does Not Accept My Password

I set up a new clean Windows 11 machine for test purposes. I set it up using my Microsoft credentials like I have with other machines - although it sets it up via the "Send an email code". My network is peer-to-peer, so I relied on the Windows credentials for access, and it's worked well until I changed my password last year. My problem is if I try to do a Remote Desktop connection from another Windows 11 machine, or if I try to Network into the machine (all settings turned on in the new machine), it says my Microsoft password is incorrect.
