Windows 11 File Explorer

My PC is on 24/7. When I leave my PC at night, I usually leave a file explorer window or 2 or 3 open. There can be a hundred files in one or more of the windows that I have been working on, and saved before leaving it.However in the morning I always find that the file explorer open windows have shot back up to the top/first file, and not where I left it, could be 50 or 60 files down the list. ( I use "details list" view all the time)I know I can find the last file I accessed by "recent" history, but why is this happening ?
