Windows 11 File Explorer won't run

Hi,Since an update, not sure which might have caused this, I can no longer open File Explorer in Windows 11The cursor arrow has a brief circle on it, the Task bar flashes and nothing happens.I've googled it a lot but so far no resolution.I tried scf /scannow and the DISM commands, tried uninstalling various updates etc. but they haven't resolved it.Windows 11 did update to 23H2 earlier, and I was hoping that might resolve it, but it hasn'tEvent Viewer shows this each time I try to open File Explorer:Faulting application name: explorer.exe, version: 10.0.22621.2715,&nbs
