Windows 11 File Explorer needs some serious fixing

Long time user of Windows products (3.1 - 11) and the latest file explorer is the least useful of all. Main beefs here are:-Give me words to go with icons. Maybe I'm a bit older, but I have trouble with the simplified icons only MS thrust upon us for things like copy, paste, etc. I need words. how hard is that? -Right context menu. Why do I now need to click on MORE OPTIONS to do basic things???? How do I make this default instead?-The left navigation pane is now horrible.
