Windows 11 File Explorer crashing when opening the Home tab

As the title says everytime I open file explorer it automatically opens the Home tab... which causes a crash. I've tried everything I could think of. I tried safe boot, tried deleting everything inside the AutomaticDestinations folder, running system repair, ran netsh winsock reset, AND I even reinstalled windows with the keep personal files checked. So I don't have ANY programs installed my windows is freshly installed to the latest version, I have enough space and my drivers are already updated to the latest version.
