Windows 11 External Monitor Resolution Issue After Sleep

I am experiencing a persistent issue with external monitors on multiple Windows 11 devices. Every time my PC locks and enters sleep mode, upon logging back in, one of my external monitors (or the only external monitor) switches to a lower resolution and cannot be changed back via display settings.
