Hi, I recently upgraded to Win 11, and there are several problems with explorer. First, I have changes folder options, and checked Restore previous folder windows at logon - but no windows open on system restart.Also, I can pin 10 persisting items to quick launch (I think that should add them to both Home in explorer, and to the right-click list on folders in task bar, is that right?), but I cannot reorder them. I used to be able to do that, and a number of sites are saying that should be possible with drag and drop - but this doesn't happen. Windows 11 is fully up to date. Also, is there any
