Windows 11 Event ID 1000, Application Error keeps appearing, and idk how to solve it

So when playing games, usually only happens with bigger, more complex ones like Elden Ring or RDR2, they will crash after a while with the application error event ID 1000. Often after around 30 to 45 minutes of playing. I've already tried reinstalling the game and checking if any drivers are outdated. I've also reinstalled visual c++ already.
