Windows 11: Error message "The parameter is incorrect." when trying to add files to favourites in File Explorer

Hi,I'm running Microsoft 365 and recently I used Norton Utilities Ultimate to improve my laptop's performance, e.g. it does so by cleaning "system junk" and optimising system processes.It seems that after Norton's system optimisation, my "favourites" were removed from File Explorer. When trying to re-add these files by right-clicking on the file in File Explorer and selecting "Add to Favourites" I get the following error message: "[file path] The parameter is incorrect."Proposed solutions I already tried (without success):1) Run DISM toolISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth DISM /Online /
