Windows 11 Error code 0xc00000e and display no signal

Hi I’m having a problem with my desktop computer. After cloned OS to a new SSD from HDD using this software easeus todo backup, I started to met the blue screen with the error code 0xc00000e from the second restart( first time which is automatically has no problem). Following the solutions from the net, I removed all disks except the SSD with the os in it and my display can’t receive signal from the computer. There should be no problem with the hdmi port and the cable. In spite of reinstalling and switching to other disks, my display changed nothing and the computer repeatedly reboots in a loo
