Windows 11 end of service problem

My Dell XPS 15 9550 is running Windows 11 Pro 21H2 which was put on by an IT repair specialist when the laptop was in for repair. It seems that this version has now reached the end of service and will no longer update fully. I had a live chat with Microsoft help and was directed to download a replacement Windows 11 which I have done, but when trying to update to this version the message came up saying that my PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements because it doesn't support TPM 2.0 and the processor isn't supported for this version of Windows.
