Windows 11 "End of Service" and Update problems

Good morning,I am getting a windows update icon in the taskbar with a red dot, with the text, "Your version of Windows 11 have reached end of service"On trying to complete a windows update, I get the message, "You're up to date", "Your device is missing important security updates". On trying an update, I just get the same message.Can anyone help me to get the updates working again?My computer details are as followsell XPS 8940Intel i7-10700 CPU @2.90Ghz8Gb RAMWindows 11 HomeVersion 21H2OS Build 22000.2538
