I have some users in the business that I work for that are having issues with poor Outlook performance (new Windows 11 HP laptops) that seem to be caused by efficiency mode. When the issues arrise (slowness, crashing, and "Not Responding" type behaviour) task manager shows that they are in efficiency mode. When closed/reopened, then this is not set, ans the app behaves as it should. I am seeing this start to become a problem with both Outlook "New" and "Classic". Is there a way to fix this? The same users were using much older (4th gen i5) laptops previously that ran emails fine on Windows 10,
