Windows 11 downgrade stuck in a endless loop

Hi.I recently tired out windows 11 and was not satisfied with the results so i wanted to goo back to windows 10 so i went to go back in settings. 1 hour later i checked backed it was not done i didn't think much of it until a couple hours later was still not done i don't know what to do.
