Windows 11 doesn't shut down but instead restarts

Hi, l have a Hp Victus laptop and when l want to shut down my laptop it doesn't and instead proceeds to restart. I tried some tips on how but didn't work, I have no choice but to either put it into sleep or force it to shutdown by holding the power button. If there are any solution that could fix this please do tell :>
