Windows 11 does not create minidump files. How to fix this??

My computer has been experiencing Blue Screens of Death for about two months now. It only happens after restart or turning on (which sometimes results a cycle) but it ALWAYS crashes when playing Rainbow Six Siege (Max-high-med settings - all crash).
