Windows 11 Default turn windows features on or off

So one day I wanted to test out the turn windows features on or off in windows 11 and of course I instantly tried turning everything on, it was slow and I went back there to reset the settings, only for me to realize that theres no "reset to default settings" button and now I'm asking for somebody who reads this question to send the ENTIRE DEFAULT LIST (and yes I am including the +'s which some boxes have) because I'm worried if everything will break if I try to turn everything off.
