windows 11 crashing and blurry writing and too late to downgrade

Hi. I upgraded to windows 11 19th dec. It was fine to start with but now I keep getting a black screen and the writing is blurry. I have read through some of the answers on here, I can't find a minidump.I hope someone can help, TIA
