Windows 11 crashes after waking from sleep or hibernation

My Windows 11 PC crashes frequently after waking from sleep or hibernation with a blue screen and the message DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. This problem has been plaguing me for several weeks and posted it earlier. One proposed solution was to tun on the device verifier (verifier.exe) for diagnostic purposes but that slowed my computer down so that I couldn't use it anymore.
