Windows 11 core isolation memory integrity won't turn on

I upgraded to Windows 11 from 10 two days ago. All was fine until now when Windows security tells me it cannot turn on Core Isolation memory integrity. When I clicked on "Review incompatible drivers" it listed several for Trusteer Rapport. So I uninstalled it. After rebooting, powering down and restarting etc., the problem persists, except when I run "Review incompatible drivers" the list is empty. Windows appears to find nothing that is incompatible.Please note I would be uncomfortable doing such things as editing the registry.What can I do to fix this?
