windows 11 constant usb keyboard/mouse disconnections

running h23 windows 11, been playing a few games, destiny, delta force, (and normal tasks)been having constant usb keyboard/mouse problems, been getting disconnection/connection sounds, freezing, stuttering, no response from k/m. Did all the recc'd fixes, power management, drivers, ect,. still no change. using a MSI Pro X670-p Wi-fi motherboard. They want me to send it to them, thinking it's a USB power issue. so I had a Old sonnet PCI Usb2 expansion card from a old computer, so stuck that in to see if anything changes, guess what? Zilch, nada. SAME issues. so it's NOT the motherboard. the PCI
