I woke my PC up after a forced windows 11 update to see what appears to be the explorer constantly restarting. Apps don't flash but my desktop/taskbar do. Can only open windows programs from taskbars run a new program (win+r doesn't bring anything up). I tried sfc /scannow and force closing explorer.exe and it doesn't seem to do anything. I don't believe I've downloaded anything malicious recently either. I did noticed it takes abnormally long to login to my user as well. Any help would be super appreciated.
