Windows 11 - Constant crashes and a variety of issues with .dll and CertFindCertificateInStore, and windows error ID 1796

Hi, I just recently had new motherboard installed, new PSU (850w instead or original 750 W) and new cabinet. I used my old ssd, ram and RTX3080 in an original Acer Orion 5000 desktop.I reinstalled windows 11 entirely after windows stopped updating and windows support was unable to solve the issue, I reinstalled and reacivated my windows key.Updates are back to normal. My pc is completely updated, the motherboard BIOS is supposed to be the latast version, windows 11 is fully up to date and the Nvidia Drivers for the RTX3080 were reinstalled.
