I've been experiencing issues with slowdown and severe freezing recently. I opened task manager and noticed that my CPU usage was 100%. Different programs have had vastly excessive CPU usage at different points like GOG Galaxy, Antimalware Service Executable, Nvidia Container, Mail and others have all had a massive spike in CPU usage before dropping off whilst another rises to take its place. I tried a clean boot, nothing changed aside from limiting the apps that could max out my CPU usage.
