Summary of the Problem:While transferring a large file from an external SSD (via USB) to my local drive, my Windows 11 PC became unresponsive in a very unusual way. Applications wouldn’t open, the Snipping Tool froze, Task Manager didn’t appear—even after Ctrl+Alt+Del—and system apps like Control Panel wouldn’t respond.
