Windows 11 Code 38 Error

Hi there everyone. I recently got this issue where after I plug in and remove my USB flash drive once, it does not work the second time. If I go to device manager, it says Code 38 (driver still in memory...) and the USB drive does not work. Then I tried rebooting my PC, after that it worked again, but only once. What do you suggest I do?
