Windows 11 Closing Applications Upon Screen Timing Out and After Being Unlocked From Coming Out of Sleep or Screen Timing Out

My Laptop: Samsung Galaxy Book Flex2 AlphaVersion of Windows: Windows 11 HomeWhen my laptop times out or goes to sleep and then I unlock it when I wake it up from the lock screen, I find some of my open applications closed and aren't open anymore. There was even a time that when I unlocked it, one of the PWAs that I had open was asking me if it could close all the open tabs which made me knew that it was trying to close open applications when I unlock it from waking it up from the lock screen when it goes to sleep or times out.
