Windows 11 checking and repairing C: on every startup

Recently my Windows 11 computer has been repairing C: every startup. It first asks if I want to skip checking the drive, to which if I cancel, it skips repairs and the computer starts off as normal. However, I am not sure whether it is safe to keep doing that. I have tried DISM tools ("DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth,DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth") and chkdsk but both did not work. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you.
