Windows 11. Cant open programs, shows up in task manager as disabled

I used word this morning, an hour or two later I wanted to open it again, clicked it and nothing happened. I tried to open web browser and same thing. Nothing happened. When I open task manager is showes up but has the status "disabled" (I am not talking about disabled to start with windows.) I am in the tab processes(where you would go to kill a non respondig app) and it shows up as disabled.ThanksMartin
