Windows 11 can't connect to CenturyLink Wi-Fi

I recently updated my Surface Studio and it isn't able to connect to my CenturyLink Wi-Fi. It'll connect to personal hotspots and other Wi-Fi networks, but not CenturyLink. I've tried multiple restarts, followed some instructions for similar issues I found online to configure, and it's still not able to connect. Any suggests or help?
