Windows 11, can't access usb hdd connected to my router

I got a new laptop, and it has windows 11I am trying to connect to my usb hdd, but I cant manage it at allWhen I go into the router's page (it is a linksys), the HDD is still connected, my old laptop (windows 10) can still connect if I type in the address into file explorerSecure folder access is off so anyone can access it saysI type the address and I just keep getting an error that windows cannot accessEC 0x80004005Any ideas what is going on?
