Windows 11 cant access network shares

So I had to reinstall windows 11 on my home pc. I have network shares I use for file storage, and the shares still work fine from any computer OTHER than this one I just installed windows 11 on. I have a service running oin the windows 10 PC, and I can access that service on a specific port, so the network is good, I can access the shares from any other computer on this network, and I could from this PC before I had to reinstall. I have tried all the fixes I have found online. Adding a user on the other PC (I never get asked for the username and pass) Turning on / off the password requirement
