Hello All,I have an issue with a Windows 11 system (OptiPlex 3090). This started about a month ago. A user just let me know. No matter what USB camera I use with the system, the image tears, and glitches. The issue is immediately replicable and will show in under 30 seconds. It persists and makes video calls unbearable. Troubleshooting - I've tested multiple cameras with the system. And tested these cameras on a different system. The issue lies within the problem PC, not the cameras.
