Windows 11 Broke MS Filght Simulator

Prior to Microsoft "upgrading" my well equiped Dell XPS 8940 this PC worked very well with MS FS 2020. Now it fails to launch throwing an Event ID 1000 Error with an exception code of Exception code: 0xc0000005 with the Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\System32\ucrtbase.dll and Faulting appplication path of Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_1.26.5.0 I have have done a full set of Windows 11 including wiping out my user data with no change.
