Windows 11 Bluetooth audio keeps connecting and disconnecting rapidly

Whenever I connect my Bluetooth audio to my computer, it flashes between connecting and disconnecting. I've tried everything, from, forgetting device and reconnecting, restarting the Bluetooth Services, to seeing if Drivers need to be updated.
