Windows 11 Bluetooth audio has terrible sound quality

Every time I try to use Bluetooth audio on my PC, the quality is very bad. At first I thought it was a problem with my headphones, but the audio quality remained very low across multiple different pairs of headphones. I currently use the BD-BH200 and the Bluetooth audio works perfectly on all of my devices except my PC. I have ran the troubleshooter multiple times, I have checked the drivers, I have messed with all of the settings, and I have searched on google for hours, but I still can't find the issue.
